His projects are always unique but grounded in American home traditions. Terhune updates the traditional Rocky Mountain vernacular with modern design elements that lend a new but timeless quality. A close look at this home reveals incredible attention to detail—post and beam connections, brackets, and beautiful compositions of wood and stone.

For this whole home renovation on the Severn River, Bob unified multiple disjointed interior and exterior spaces into an elegant whole. The highlight is an unexpected barrel vaulted sun-room addition which dramatically frames the striking water views.
